徠卡DM2500 M金相顯微鏡適用于鋼鐵,金屬,化工材料行業科研, 質檢, 質控部門等研究，反射光可實現明場, 暗場,偏光,微分干涉,熒光觀察功能，透射光可實現明場, 暗場,偏光,微分干涉觀察功能，可接CCD相機配合圖像分析軟件進行材料分析。
一、Leica DM2500 M金相顯微鏡(德國徠卡全手動正置型)主要特點
1、可選配帶角度調節的目鏡筒，大大降低操作者的疲勞。
2、目鏡視野直徑22mm。
3、物鏡直徑32mm，使光通量提高了40%，擁有更高的分辨率和景深。
4、物鏡轉換手動控制。
5、可升級選配變倍器，有1.5X、1.6X、2X三種可選。
6、明場、暗場、偏光、干涉觀察方式手動轉換。
7、孔徑光闌檔位與物鏡倍數對應，以不同顏色精確標記，更快速恢復工作狀態, 視場光闌檔位與目鏡的視野數對應，另有暗場檔位，相機靶面尺寸檔位。
8、機身采用反向溫度補償技術，有效降低了因發熱造成的焦平面漂移。
9、具有4位濾色鏡架插槽，可以同時插入四種不同色的濾色鏡在待插入位置，既隨時推入拉出，有可防灰塵進入光路。
10、具有聚焦高度限位裝置，防止樣品碰到物鏡。
11、可選配徠卡原裝顯微鏡數碼成像裝置，實現全部的本廠配置，達到整體和諧。
12、可選配徠卡各種圖像處理及分析軟件，包括景深擴展軟件，通用圖像分析軟件，金相分析軟件。
13、可接干涉臺階儀進行高精度測量；
14、可接大尺寸物臺用于半導體檢測；
15、可升級為其他觀察方法。
